If you would like your second grader to be part of the First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion preparation, please fill out the form below. 

If your child was not baptized at St. Charles to St. Peter, you will need to provide a copy of his or her baptismal certificate.

Sacramental Fee
The sacramental fee is $40 and covers both sacraments (First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion). Please select the button below that corresponds to your home parish. You will be taken to your parish's secure online giving site. Simply scroll through the options until you find the First Reconciliation and Communion Fee button. If you don't already have an account, you can either create one or continue as guest. If you choose to create an account, this will allow you to enroll in weekly online giving for the Mass collection.

Please make sure you select the one time gift option and not the recurring gift option when you pay the sacramental fee.

If you prefer to by by cash or check, simply make the check out to your home parish and mail it to the Parish Office at 810 Pearl St., Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 or drop it in the collection basket at Mass along with your child's name and a note that it is for the First Reconciliation and First Communion sacramental fee).
