**NOTE**
Those students who do not receive faith formation in Catholic school or at home (as a curricular part of their homeschooling or in an at-home format approved by their parish Pastor and DRE/CRE) are required to attend at least two years of Life Teen (high school faith formation) in order to be confirmed.
