The sacramental preparation fee is $40. You can pay via your parish online at the button below, or write out a check to your parish with the note “Goldsmith Confirmation Program”.

Proof of Baptism: All students wishing to be confirmed will need to submit proof of their Baptism to their DRE/CRE.

If students were baptized at Holy Ghost, Notre Dame, St. Bridget, St. Charles Borromeo, or St. Peter, we can obtain that proof for you.
If students were NOT Baptized Holy Ghost, Notre Dame, St. Bridget, St. Charles, or St. Peter, you will need to submit a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate. A photocopy of the certificate is sufficient. If you don’t have the original certificate, simply contact the parish where your child was Baptized and they will send you a copy.
